Frey AOC Sylvaner 2007

This wine is pale gold in colour with a deep and fruity nose. The white fruits transfer into the taste and provide a well-structured and long lasting finish.

The Sylvaner grapes are picked by hand and no additional yeasts are added. The wine is left "sur lie" for several months to develop a depth and creaminess.

Best drunk young (within 3-4 years)chilled down to 12°C.
