Ferran Bordeaux Entre Deux Mers 2006

This is a brilliant zingy wine with aromas of lilies and white peaches and is really great value for money.

This can be drunk as an accompaniment to salads, fish and equally well with white meats. We'd also recommend it as an aperitif - and not only for the chef!

It is a soft and gentle white wine with a hint of acidity, followed by a roundness with hints of grapefruit and with a lasting finish.

It is best served between 8 and 10 degrees C.
