Hudelot AOC Bourgogne Les Genevrières 2005

This has a super summer fruits bouquet with a hint of vanilla, lovely tannins and tastes of cherry, butterscotch and toffee...yum!

Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes this wine is traditionally fermented and aged in oak barrels for a year to develop the complex flavours and tannins. It has 12.5% alcohol.

To drink at room temperature with red meats, cheeses, dishes with sauce. Don't forget to open a couple of hours in advance to get the great flavours.
