Gaudry AOC Sancerre 2005

This is just what a Sancerre should be..... flinty and dry with good acidity yet with some fruit in the finish.

Made from Sauvignon grapes, this is an unfiltered wine matured on its fine lees for 8 to 10 months before being bottled with the moon calendar.

Enjoy the wine best when it is chilled to about 10-12°C with cheese, as an appetiser, or with fish and seafood.
