Regnier - AOC Saumur Brut

Dry with fine bubbles and good complex flavours, this wine has lovely floral notes which combine with the structure of the Chenin grapes to produce a good quality sparkler.

The fizz is the product of making the wine in the the "methode traditionelle", ie like you would make Champagne.

Serve chilled and enjoy as an aperitif, as part of a cocktail, or for that special occasion.
