An intense dark cherry colour with aromas of black fruits and notes of figs and chocolate which come through in the taste, this wonderful wine has silky tannins and a long lasting finish.
Made from a blend of Grenache (75%), Syrah (15%), Mourvedre and Cinsault (5% each), the wine overwinters in tanks before being put into new oak barrels in spring to rest and develop for several months before bottling.
It has deservedly won a Gold medal and is one of the Guide Hachette selections in France. Open early and drink at 16°C for a wine sensation.
