delivery charges

A delivery charge will be added to the cost of the order depending on the number of items ordered (an item is 1 case of 6 bottles or 1 winebox):

£6.99 will be added for any order of 1 to 8 items
No charge will be added for any order over 8 items

We would expect all deliveries to be made within 5 working days of the order being placed. All deliveries are made by the national carrier and they will not leave a delivery until it has been signed for so please make sure somebody will be at the nominated address to accept delivery.

If the courier gets no answer, a card will be left: it will then be your responsibility to phone and arrange re-delivery.

Vin Vert are able to deliver to the UK only. Unfortunately, deliveries to certain parts of the UK (Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Northern Island) will incur a surcharge.

Trade Delivery

Trade deliveries will be made by National Carrier or Freight. A standard charge of £15 will apply to all Trade orders under 15 items (an item is 1 case of 6 bottles or 1 winebox). Trade orders of 15 items and above will be delivered free of charge.

Deliveries will normally be made within 7 working days of the order being placed.
