Biodynamic Mixed Case

A chance to choose sample a great selection of biodynamic wines from some great Producers. Some of these wines are certified biodynamic and others are from Producers in conversion to biodynamic production - but that's a good resaon to encourage them we say.
Reds
Domaine Cazes - Canon du Marechal - A fantastic easy drinking red with silky smooth tannins and great red fruit aromas and tastes. A great favourite.
Domaine Montchovet - AOC Passetoutgrain – A wonderful light and fruity wine that bursts through with red fruits on the nose and in the mouth.
Chateau Fouques – AOC Cotes de Provence – Dark ruby red with cherry and bilberry aromas, cherry and liquorice in the mouth with nice tannins and a great finish. Lovely.

Rosé
Domaine Cazes Canon du Marechal Rosé - A crisp, dry rosé from Roussillon with the taste of the sun! Spicy notes from the Syrah grape and lovely redcurrant aromas and tastes.

Whites
Domaine Montchovet AOC Bourgogne Aligoté – The Aligoté grapes are hand-picked to produce this classic of the Burgundy region. Fresh, soft and fruity.
Domaine Vincent Gaudry AOC Sancerre le Tournebride – A great example of a Sancerre - clean, crisp and flinty with good minerality.
