Fantastic fruit on the nose (pineapple jam and pink grapefruit) with hints of fumé and vanilla this wine does not disappoint. The fruit tastes with notes of pineapple jam and vanilla come through in the mouth and it has a good finish.
Made from a blend of Roussane (40%), Grenache (40%)and Bourbelanc (20%) grapes, the wine is allowed to develop on the lees before some is further developed in barrels and the rest in tanks being brought back together for bottling.
Included in the Hachette wine guide this year. Drink this wine with food or without and serve at 10-12°C.
