Bregeonnette Gros-Plant du Nantaise VDQS 2005
Pale yellow in colour with hints of green this has a light fruity aroma with touches of iodine.
It is made from the Folle Blanche grape which gives makes a wonderful dry wine with good acidic balance. As a consequence it goes extremely well with seafood, particularly oysters.
Aged 6 months "sur lie" to bring in good complexity and character.
