Côtes de Caris AOC Bordeaux 2007

With luscious aromas of red fruits and silky soft tannins this fine bordeaux tastes as good as it smells. It can be kept for a good few years under suitable conditions, but I defy you not to drink it!

Made from 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon it best accompanies red meats and poultry but also goes very well with pasta.

There may be some natural sediment so, the experience can be further improved by decanting this wine and serving at room temperature.
