This is a really fresh, light and fruity wine with a good acidity and a long finish. A good staple for those spring and summer evenings. Made from 90% Sauvignon and 10% Semillon this is made in the traditional method. Best consumed at about 10°C-12°C, it forms a great accompaniment to fish and shellfish or chicken dishes.
