Hauret-Baleine Anjou Rouge 2007

Deep ruby red with initial bursts of black fruits and smooth tannins, this wine is deservedly one of our best sellers. It will partner a wide variety of food; cold meats, hot meats, vegetarian, cheeses.......

Made from a blend of Cabernet Franc (80%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%)using cold maceration before fermentation then transferred to vats for the final maturation.

With its smooth attack, this wine has already attracted a firm following in France, both for its supple and well rounded character and for its finesse and silk like tannins.

Serve between 13°C-17°C.
