Hauret-Baleine Cabernet d`Anjou Le Clos du Poirier

This rosé is an easy-drinking wine that has just a touch of sweetness to go with the acidity and the pepper of the grapes. The tastes are of strawberries and cream but there is loads of red fruit in the mix.

The official version is that it has a purple rose colour with tints of grenadine and boasts a lively nose of raspberries and redcurrant. Fruity on the palate it is a very balanced wine.

This rosé is made from Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignan grapes.It should be served between 8°and 10°C and goes surprisingly well with chinese food or curries but is equally at home just being supped whilst sitting and chatting to friends.
