Hudelot AOC Bourgogne Aligoté 2005

This is a fresh and clear white wine that has a fruity bouquet and has great taste.

Made from 100% Aligoté grapes grown on the chalky clay and marl topsoil. After pressing the must is cooled to allow sediment removal and then fermentation is completed within 2 months. It has a 12.5% alcohol content.

Serve cooled down to 10-12 degrees C, to be drunk as an aperitif, mixed with Cassis to create the perfect Kir or with entrées, vegetables or fish.
