A fantastic light and fruity wine that bursts through with red fruits on the nose and in the mouth. Refined tannins and a good finish means that this is one to savour.
The Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes used to make this wine are handpicked from 20 year old vines and blended after separate fermentation in the ratio 1/3 Pinot to 2/3 Gamay.
Goes with most meals where you'd consider a red wine, but is particularly effective with spicy food.
