A mature and suave wine with notes of red fruits, vanilla and undergrowth (honest). This wine is a full blooded red with the rich tannins and finish to match.
Made from a blend of 40% Syrah, 30% Mourvedre and 30% Black Grenache it gets all the flavours from the grapes due to manual turning whilst macerating and is kept for 12 months in oak barrels. This wine was made during the Domaine's conversion to biodynamic practices.
Goes with red meats and game or foods with strong sauces....serve at room temperature (providing the room is around 18°C.)
