Another great wine from Cazes. Delicate with lovely red fruit tastes and full of the silky tannins that express the sunshine of Roussillon.
A medium red wine that is easy drinking, made from a blend of Syrah(40%), Grenache (40%) and Mourvedre (20%) grapes and benefitting fron the manual turning of the barrels during maceration to extract all the great flavours. It has a 13.5% alcohol content. This wine was made during the Domaine's conversion to biodynamic practices.
It is a wonderful wine to drink with grills and game and friends.(Not eating them, obviously.....)
Open early and serve at 18°C for the great flavours.
