Christian and Dominique Guichard are the third generation of vignerons to produce wine from Domaine des Côtes de Caris which is due east of Bordeaux on the Dorgogne river. They are certified organic by both Ecocert and Nature and Progress.
The Domaine covers some 15 hectares of which 11 are devoted to red wine production and the remainder to white wine. We have a great example of each below......
