 Hauret-Baleine Anjou Rouge
Refreshing and dominated by fantastic fruity aromas and tastes, Anjou Rouge wines partner the very best in home cooking: cold meats, hot meats, cheeses.......
Made from a blend of Cabernet Franc (80%) and Cabernet Sauvignan (20%)using cold maceration before fermentation then transferred to vats for the final maturation.
With its smooth attack, this wine has already attracted a firm following in France, both for its supple and well rounded character and for its finesse and silk like tannins.
Serve between 13°C-17°C.
