Hauret-Baleine AOC Rosé de Loire
This is a beautiful dry rosé which is crisp and lightly spiced and has lovely summer fruits aromas and tastes. It is made from a blend of 80% Cabernet Franc and 20% Gamay.
The wine is produced by direct pressing with temperature control during fermentation. The individual pressings are then blended.
On the nose and on the palate, the wine offers a rich taste of red fruits. Best served young and chilled as an aperitif or to accompany simple dishes or spiced food - or just sit and slurp it on summer evenings!
