Hauret-Baleine Anjou Blanc 2006

Anjou Blanc is a wonderful dry wine which has a remarkable aromatic elegance and white fruit tastes.

It is made with Chenin and Chardonnay grapes, harvested when very ripe, and is complex, with wonderful aromas of ripe white fruits and a with a very smooth structure. This use of the Chardonnay grapes brings notes of spring flowers.

It is direct pressed then allowed to ferment in barrels until ready....

This wine should be drunk at 10-12°C and goes with - whatever you want it to.
