Domaine Montchovet wines         

 Didier created the first parcel of this domaine in 1984 with just 0.5 hectare (about 1.2 acres) and started using biodynamic methods the following year. Now running to over 9 hectares, Didier plants fruit trees alongside the vines (apples, cherries, pear and peach). The way that the vines are managed encourages threatened species of wildlife, particularly birds, butterflies and orchids.
