Saint Henri wines
Eric and Christine Saurel grow around 54 hectares of vines in the Rhone valley.
They grow organically, and believe that the natural preparations used mean that the root systems are stronger, the leaves are healthier, the flowers form earlier and the fruit is more resistant to disease. The grapes also taste fantastic and that translates into the wines being produced. The soil can literally be described as “living” and there is a balance between the earth and the plant.

These are really special Gigondas and Vaqueras wines that deserve attention.
